Big 100% win for our client BVK (Federal Association of Insurance Brokers) against Check24 before the District Court Munich I. The judgment states that statutory prohibitions in insurance distribution law were violated by 5 companies of the Check24 group. The litigation was led by Partner Dr. Stanislaus Jaworski.
