Dr. Stanislaus Jaworski

Stanislaus Jaworski specializes in copyright, trade mark and unfair competition law. He is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in the areas of product piracy, trade mark law, music law, copyright remuneration claims and unfair competition law.

He uses his extensive litigation experience to achieve the best possible result for his clients in negotiations.

He is a regular speaker at conferences and is frequently and repeatedly booked by companies and associations as a lecturer and seminar leader. His clients include national and international media companies in the film and sports sector, consumer goods manufacturers, online retailers and German and international associations. He also heads NORDEMANN’s Polish Desk.

Stanislaus Jaworski is recommended by JUVE in the field of copyright and trade mark law and was named a “standout superstar” by WTR 1000 in 2021 in the areas of trade mark, copyright and unfair competition law.
