Stanislaus Jaworski’s work is focussed on the fields of copyright law, competition law and trade mark law as well as the law governing the protection of trade secrets. He is a very proficient litigation attorney. He has litigated numerous test cases, particularly in the areas of provider liability, copyright remuneration claims as well as in trade mark law and competition law. Stanislaus develops and implements comprehensive anti-piracy strategies and advises companies on the internal implementation of the German Act on the Protection of Trade Secrets. He speaks regularly at congresses and is frequently and repeatedly booked by companies and associations as a speaker and seminar leader. Stanislaus’ clients include, in particular, national and international media companies in the areas of film and sport, consumer goods manufacturers, federal authorities, as well as German and international associations. Stanislaus has a commercial background himself and therefore always maintains a business perspective when providing legal advice.
