Dr. Stanislaus Jaworski

Stanislaus Jaworski specialises in copyright, unfair competition, trade mark and intellectual property law. He is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in the areas of product piracy, music law, copyright remuneration claims and trade mark and unfair competition law.

He utilises his extensive litigation experience to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients in negotiations – usually before court proceedings are initiated.

Stanislaus is a regular speaker at conferences. His clients include national and international media companies in the film and sports sector, consumer goods manufacturers, online retailers and German and international associations. He also heads NORDEMANN’s Polish Desk.

Stanislaus Jaworski himself has an entrepreneurial background and therefore always advises from an entrepreneurial perspective.
