Antitrust law, competition law and intellectual property – Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel, maître en droit on “Antitrust law and intellectual property in the legal system of the European Union”

On 13 November, our partners Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel, maître en droit, will speak at the 2nd International Conference on Theory and Practice, organised by IRZ – German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation. This year’s topics are “Intellectual Property Rights: Challenges of the XXI Century” and Anke Nordemann-Schiffel and Christian Czychowski will talk about ” Antitrust law and intellectual property in the legal system of the European Union” and the relation to unfair competition issues both regarding blocking competitors and relating to IP rights.

The event will be conducted in English.
