In issue 2/2022 of “Portal Wissen”, the research magazine of the University of Potsdam, an interview by Dr Jana Scholz with Hon. Prof. Christian Czychowski, Prof. Björn Steinrötter and Prof. Tobias Lettl on the topic of data law was published.
Topics of discussion included the definition of data, why the draft of the European Data Act has triggered excited discussions and why a rethink on the topic of data access is necessary.
At the end of 2021, Christian Czychowski, Björn Steinrötter and Tobias Lettl founded the “Forschungsstelle Geistiges Eigentum – Digitalisierung – Wettbewerb” at the University of Potsdam, which deals with current topics in Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law.
