4th edition of the trade mark law commentary Ingerl/Rohnke/Nordemann
We are very pleased to announce that the trade mark law commentary Ingerl/Rohnke/Nordemann has been published!
We are honoured that our partners Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel and Prof. Dr. Axel Nordemann will henceforth be the editors of the Ingerl/Rohnke – now Ingerl/Rohnke/Nordemann. The authors also include our partners Prof. Dr Jan Bernd Nordemann, Prof. Dr Christian Czychowski, Dr Stanislaus Jaworski and Dr Thomas Boddien.
The fourth edition of the commentary covers the changes in law and case law of the last twelve years.
We are very pleased to be co-responsible for this standard work on trade mark law as editors and co-authors! We are of course aware that we are standing on the shoulders of giants – Reinhard Ingerl and Christian Rohnke.
