As part of their academic specialisation, the bilingual students have written papers on specific topics to the overarching the subject of “Unfair competition law in a Franco-German Comparison: Protection of Consumers and Competitors”, which will be presented and discussed in this context. The seminar looks at unfair competition law from a German and French perspective and how it is influence by European legislation.  BerMüPa is a long-term university cooperation between the Humboldt University of Berlin, the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas. This is already the fourth seminar that Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel and Jonas Tylewski are jointly conducting together with a counterpart from Université Paris II, but the first one to be held as a video conference.
