Attorney at Law (Germany)

Henrike Strobl is an expert in advising and representing clients in the areas of copyright law and industrial property law, in particular trade mark law, as well as in the areas of competition and e-commerce law. Her legal work includes in particular out-of-court negotiations, drafting contracts, strategic development and defence of trade mark portfolios as well as litigation (also preliminary injunction proceedings). In addition, Henrike Strobl has a special focus on cultural property and art law.

Before joining NORDEMANN, she gained knowledge and experience in her areas of focus as a lawyer in two commercial law firms in Berlin.
