Prof. Dr. Eva Inés Obergfell has just published a collection of Josef Kohler lectures at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with DeGruyter Verlag. The lectures on intellectual property law have been held at the Josef Kohler Institute since its reopening in 2012. Our partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann, a member of the Institute, gave one of the 13 exciting lectures on “the antitrust significance of trademark license agreements – on the conflict between trademark license agreements law and antitrust law”, which has now been printed.
