Sebastian Dworschak

With a combined legal and engineering background, Sebastian Dworschak specializes in technology related legal matters. He advices in the field of IP and IT Law with a particular focus on litigating technology related cases. He represents his clients in IP/IT-litigation as well as in the negotiation of license and IT contracts. His clients include companies from predominantly technical industries, ranging from start-ups over SMEs to global multinationals.

Initially, Sebastian Dworschak studied industrial engineering in Aachen, London and Cambridge and subsequently worked as a management consultant at McKinsey. His legal training was already focused on intellectual property law with positions in mixed patent and legal practices, at NORDEMANN and in the patent litigation team of a major international law firm.
