Axel Nordemann’s areas of focus are trade mark law, copyright law and competition law.  His national and international clients come from a wide range of different industries: publishing houses, radio broadcasters, pharmaceutical manufacturers, advertising companies, toy manufacturers, software providers, cosmetics manufacturers and many others entrust him with the protection and enforcement of their trade mark rights. Axel has many years of experience in the management of global trade mark portfolios. He advises trade mark proprietors from the application process onwards and represents them before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the German and European courts. Axel is also an expert in the field of copyright law. He advises, in particular, national and international media companies and publishers in all matters in this area. In addition, he provides advice in cases of product imitation in the area of intersection between copyright law, design law, competition law and trade mark law.
