Julian Klagge primarily provides advice on all matters of copyright law, trade mark law and competition law. In particular, he supports his clients in the development of trade mark strategies, advises and represents them in the trade mark application process and in the subsequent enforcement and defence of all trade mark rights before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, as well as in judicial infringement proceedings. Julian also advises on design law, media law and data protection law matters. His national and international clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, companies from the film and entertainment industry, publishers and public institutions.
