Can the Digital Services Act make the European Union fit for the digital age?
The European Parliament recently published a study to which our firm was invited to contribute a scientific paper entitled “Digital services act: Improving the functioning of the single market”. Together, NORDEMANN’s Dr. Julian Waiblinger, Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann and Jonas Tylewski, maître en droit, examined important aspects of the E-Commerce Directive and drafted options for future regulations.
