Copyright law is constantly in motion
In the online seminar “Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Urheberrecht – Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung”, organised by the Deutsche AnwaltAkademie, the leading German training institute for lawyers, Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann, both partner at NORDEMANN, reported on the latest developments in legislation and case law in 2019 and presented them in a practice-oriented manner.
