In the current issue (35/2020) of the Neue Juristische Wochenschrift (NJW), NORDEMANN partner Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski publishes his comments on the BGH (German Federal Court) ruling of 30 April 2020 – I ZR 228/15, “Veröffentlichung von Buchbeiträgen – Reformistischer Aufbruch II”. Together with the BGH ruling “Afghanistan Papiere II” of the same day, the ruling deals with central questions of copyright law and the tensions between copyright and fundamental constitutional rights.
