Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski on the importance of a FRAND license declaration for standard essential patents with regard to their transferability

This is one of the important issues in connection with standard-essential patents and the so-called FRAND declaration, the declaration by which such patents are brought into standard organizations. In this context, he also make a proposal in the article, among other things, for an amendment to the provision on successor protection in Section 15 PatG.
