Our NORDEMANN partner Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski will discuss data as new assets at the conference organized by the Austrian Productivity and Economy Center (OPWZ) on May 18 from 10:30 – 12:00. Especially in view of the increasing importance of data in a data economy, it is important to get an overview of the current development of the European legal framework on this and the legal handling of (raw) data in relation to other intellectual property rights. In very practical terms, he also speaks from his everyday life as a specialist lawyer at NORDEMANN on considerations for contract design.
