Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann, both partners at NORDEMANN, have contributed to the recently published resolution of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), which provides answers to this interesting question. Christian Czychowski represented the German National Group in the Study Committee, while Jan Bernd Nordemann acted as Chairman of the AIPPI Plenary Session, where the text of the Resolution was finalized. The Committee on Rights in Data is chaired by Dale Nelson (USA) and Co-chaired by Sabine Kossak (DE), Jinli Liu (CN) and Secretary Luca Dal Molin (CH).
