The Berlin group of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) invites to a lecture on 17 February 2020 by Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann and Niklas Maamar on the subject of “Copyright and related rights in AI-generated works”. Using the example of “The Next Rembrandt”, a painting created by artificial intelligence in the style of Rembrandt. The two speakers will explain the latest state of legal research and the latest resolution of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
The lecture will take place at Humboldt University Berlin, Unter den Linden 9, 10117 Berlin, Room 213 and can be attended without prior registration. Start: 18 pm c.t.
