Digital copyright – Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski on “Property Rights – Intellectual Property Positions in relation to non-personal data

The German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) is organising its annual general meeting this year online. As part of the programme, an Expert Round Table will be held, at which representatives of the EU Commission and esteemed colleagues will also speak. Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski will speak on the topic of “Property Rights – Intellectual Property Positions in relation to non-personal data”, which are sometimes also called unstructured data, non-personalised data or big data. Together with NORDEMANN’s Luisa Siesmayer, he has already written a chapter on the same topic in the Munich Computer Law Manual.

The event will be conducted in English. Registration is open to GRUR and non-GRUR members alike.
