Unusual times require unusual activities. On June 4, from 17.00 ct. to approx. 19.00 o’clock, the University of Potsdam will host a virtual lecture on the topic “Digital Copyright – the Framing Technology before the CJUE” via zoom. The event will specifically deal with the currently intensively discussed case whether embedding with the so-called framing technology while circumventing protective measures against framing constitutes public communication. NORDEMANN-partner Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Dr. Nils Rauer represent the parties in the dispute before the CJUE. Together they provide insights into the ongoing process and highlight the key points of the discussion from their respective perspectives.

The access data can be obtained by e-mail at christian.czychowski@nordemann.de. The registration deadline is 3 June 2020.
