Malte Baumann’s practice includes primarily copyright, information technology, software and competition law. He provides comprehensive advice on issues of liability, licensing and remuneration. A particular focus of his work is on technology-related areas of copyright law – such as artificial intelligence, IT contracts and online enforcement matters. In this context, he regularly deals with questions of ISP and intermediary liability and develops holistic concepts against Internet piracy. He regularly advises international and national companies and associations in the film, sports, music and software sectors, as well as publishers.
