Jette Nordemann advises on in the field of intellectual property, including copyright law, particularly at the intersection of innovation, research, and intellectual property, with a special focus on contract drafting and technology transfer. Her practice includes, in particular, drafting and negotiating complex research and development cooperations, technology transfer and licensing agreements, as well as other agreements related to the use and exploitation of intangible assets.

Before joining NORDEMANN, Jette Nordemann gained knowledge and experience in her areas of expertise as an attorney at an international commercial law firm. She completed her legal education in Greifswald, Dresden, and Seattle. She earned her doctorate in Dresden with a dissertation on geographical indications of origin.
