Anne Dewey advises on copyright and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trade mark law.

In copyright law, Anne Dewey assists clients with everything from drafting contracts and licensing to the enforcement of claims. She represents national and international companies as well as individual creators, for example in the fields of film, theater, music, architecture, and art. Another focus of her practice is the technology-related aspects of copyright law, particularly artificial intelligence and issues of digitization. In trade mark law, she assists clients from the application stage through registration proceedings to litigation.

In addition, Anne Dewey has proven expertise in art law, particularly in the area of “Nazi-looted art.” She holds a PhD on this topic, has spoken at international conferences, and has published extensively on the subject. She received her legal education in Münster, Paris, Bonn, and Berlin.
