As of January 1, 2024, Prof. Dr. Ronny Hauck and Dr. Stefanie Kampmann will join NORDEMANN.
Prof. Dr. Ronny Hauck will strengthen the team around the partners Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Sebastian Dworschak. As Counsel, he will focus on the area of NORDEMANN’s rapidly growing area of patent law and the enforcement and protection of trade secrets (know-how protection).
Ronny Hauck most recently worked as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in patent law. At the same time, Ronny Hauck is an associate professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He is the author of numerous specialist publications on innovation/technology protection (in particular patent law and the protection of trade secrets) and as co-editor of GRUR-Prax.
Dr. Stefanie Kampmann joins the team around NORDEMANN partner Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel. She is a very experienced IP lawyer with a focus on trade mark law. Trade mark law and regularly publishes on European Union trade mark law, among other things. Since 2013 Stefanie Kampmann has worked at the patent and law firm Eisenführ Speiser.
She will focus on trade mark law and unfair competition law and in her new team alongside her existing clients, particularly in the areas of pharmaceuticals, automotive media and foods.
