Rules of Professional Conduct  

The professional regulations applicable to the lawyers of NORDEMANN are the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA), the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers’ Act (FAO), the Professional Rules of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Community, as well as the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers (EuRAG). All texts are available at www.brak.de under the heading “Berufsrecht”.  

Professional Liability Insurance  

NORDEMANN maintains a professional liability insurance with Allianz Versicherungs-AG for the lawyers working for the company. The geographical scope of the insurance includes activities in the Member States of the European Union and meets at least the requirements of §§ 51, 51a Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO).
