Stefanie Kampmann advises national and international clients in the areas of trade mark, design, unfair competition and copyright law.

Her expertise lies in the development and implementation of international strategies for the development and defense of intellectual property portfolios, particularly in the field of trade marks. This includes conducting availability searches as well as assisting with application, opposition and cancellation proceedings. A further field of activity is unfair competition law, in particular in matters relating to the fairness of business practices including advertisement practices.

Stefanie Kampmann also advises on the prosecution of infringements of intellectual property rights and the contractual protection of these rights. She represents her clients before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and before the German and European courts.

Stefanie Kampmann is active in the committee work of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Building Bridges Committee for the period 2024/2025.

Before joining NORDEMANN, she worked for many years in a large patent and law firm, where she also co-authored a commentary on EU trade mark law.
