Marthe Schaper advises on trademark, design, name and competition law. She represents national and international clients in and out of court, including representation before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property (EUIPO).

In addition, Marthe Schaper advises on copyright and neighbouring rights. Due to several years of legal work for production companies and in the international license trade, she is familiar with the client perspective from her own experience.

Further focal points of her work are the right of expression, in particular press and platform law, and finally freedom of information law.
