Prof. Jan Bernd Nordemann on the DSM Directive

The new EU Copyright Directive DSM has introduced rules for the entire European Union to ensure fair remuneration for authors and artists when granting rights to use their works.
Today, our partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann will present these new EU rules as part of the session on EU copyright reform at the 28th Annual Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference at Fordham University, NY, and provide insight into some German experiences.
