The Institute for Copyright and Media Law e.V. (IUM) in Munich is organizing a high-profile online symposium on the 2021 copyright reform on Monday, May 3. The reform is one of the biggest since 1966. The UrhDaG is the German implementation of the famous Art. 17 DSM Directive. Our NORDEMANN partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann together with Prof. Dr. Louisa Specht-Riemenschneider and Prof. Dr. Michael Grünberger, LL.M. (NYU) will speak on platform liability and its German implementation starting at 4:45 pm.
