A few weeks ago, our NORDEMANN partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann published another article on the Kluwer Copyright Blog. The article deals with the obligations of DNS resolvers and CDN providers after the Cologne Higher Regional Court held Cloudflare responsible in its ruling of October 9, 2020.
This case has the potential to rise further in the main proceedings, and it could be that the CJEU has the final say.
