The 8th edition of the Mayer/Kroiß – Manual Commentary on the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG) was published a few days ago by Nomos Verlag.
In the new edition, our NORDEMANN partner Dr. Anke Nordemann-Schiffel, maître en droit, has primarily written the sections on intellectual property and the right of expression.
