Does copyright law protect AI-generated music?
The Australian AI project Uncanny Valley won the Eurovision 2020 AI Song Contest. Reason enough for the Australian Society for Computers and Law (AUSCL) to chose the topic “ARTificial Intelligence – AI and the creative genius” for its year-end forum. It examines what it means to design with AI and the legal implications of AI. The conference will take place on 26 November in Sydney.
NORDEMANN partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann will participate in the legal panel on Thursday morning German time by zooming in and discussing the implications of AI with Adrian Lawrence, Prof. Kimberlee Weatherall, Prof. Toby Walsh, Justin Shave, Charlton Hill and Aurelie Jacquet.
